Petra Slembek

Learn more about Petra Slembek, the core and founder of Reflection in Action.

Petra believes in curiosity, responsible modesty and courage. And humor. Having been a leader in a multinational company she can put herself in her clients’ shoes while still offering a different perspective.

Petra consults on decision-makers about transformational processes. She is mostly serving as an organizational developer in highly complex transformation initiatives.

Petra is constantly complementing her working practice with the according training. So, she is a trained Scrum Master, a Systemic Organisational Developer, a Group Dynamics Expert, and a MBTI certified coach.

Furthermore Petra holds two academic degrees. A Masters in Andragogy as well as an Executive Masters Coaching and Consulting for Change, EMCCC, INSEAD.

Her work got the highest grade of «excellent/outstanding through multiple areas». Having a background as a dancer, ‘balancing’ and ‘breath guided movement’ have become important principles in Petra`s work – she believes that leaders need to constantly balance different needs from different stakeholders without losing contact with their own energy and strength.
