05. Coaching

Individual Coaching means to create reflective space for yourself and your personal professional journey. It is a safe place for you to reconnect with your own sources. That requires the willingness to also look at uncomfortable truths. This allows you to overcome hurdles.

Every Individual Coaching with us is different, as every coachee`s concern is. The coaching held by our clear reflection in action connected learning frame.

Team Coaching for people working together regularly and having to accomplish a common task or goal.

Use our experience in Team Coaching to engage with each other in a conversation about what needs to be expressed amongst you in order to work together more effectively. We help you stay on your team task and learn to establish trustful reliable relationships. This helps people to enhance their ability to dive into constant learning from each other and for their customers.
